Vic Air Supplies is a family run business, established in 1994 by Peter Wood. 30 years later we are proud to still be an Australian owned and operated company.
Qualified as a Sheet Metal First Class Worker, our Founding Director Peter Wood has been in the HVAC industry for over 50 years.
Prior to Vic Air Supplies, Peter revolutionised the industry when he designed the first Downvent Diffuser, a product which has radically changed the industry and is still used as a mainstream product today.
Vic Air Supplies began because Peter saw the need for change in the industry for quality products and customer service, values that we continue to hold close.
Where are we now?
From our humble beginnings, Vic Air Supplies has grown to three locations with more than 50 staff members, our main emphasis remains on our customers’ needs and requirements which has earnt us our place as one of the industry’s most trusted and respected names.
More recently, Peter has been joined at the helm by his son Daniel Wood, the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Daniel meets Peter’s extensive industry experience with his own 20 years working in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning as a Refrigeration Mechanic. With a strong foundation in Industrial Refrigeration and over a decade of specialised expertise in Air Conditioning, Daniel’s background plays a vital role in our collaborations with innovative control solutions like iZone and Compact Comfort.
This combined expertise makes Vic Air Supplies a valuable partner to our customers; it is safe to say that whatever the issue, Peter has already solved it.
Alongside our comprehensive range of HVAC components like Duct, Grilles, and Fittings, Vic Air Supplies has an in-house manufacturing plant for custom Sheet Metal, Light Weight Duct, and Grilles. This allows us to provide services to all Domestic, Commercial and Service Companies, making Vic Air Supplies the number one company for providing HVAC solutions.
